I am recently an article in the Microsoft Partner Program site seen. It says that the Windows 7 RC (which I eagerly await the way) from the 5th May for all will be available for free download. For MSDN and TechNet subscribers, it is already available now for download.

Prove whether this information as false, it will show in the next few days. Officially, nothing so far.
